Anyone’s 6month old has ever had a 103 fever? (After shots) If so, what should I do?

Yes my baby had 104 fever I called to see if I had to take him to the hospital but they told me to give him baby Tylenol every 4 hours and then it went down. If your baby’s fever goes higher then 104 take to the emergency room

After vaccines it can be normal, I would just give infant Tylenol.

Mine got up to 102. I gave him infant Motrin.
