For those pregnant healthcare workers who perform radiological exams or treat patients with infections, when did you tell your employer you were pregnant? My OBGYN obviously instructed me to avoid direct radiation exposure which means telling my employer that I’m pregnant and changing responsibilities/schedules etc. I’m only 6 weeks and I guess I’m just having anxiety letting my team know so soon. Would love some feedback from anyone who was or is in the same position (this group is wonderful!)
