Period cup
I got a period cup to try. I have a few questions. I see how you need to fold it to insert it but is it hard to insert it. I’m scared I will not be able to insert it at all. Another question is can I wear it before my period starts as I always start during the night and don’t wake up. Also is it hard to take out?
