I am close to 12 weeks pregnant and having very slight lower back cramps/pains? Is this normal? I had a miscarriage in May so every little thing terrifies me. I go to the doctor next Wednesday but someone ease my mind. I have two toddlers and can’t remember my pregnancy with either of them for some reason 🤣 I have had no other real symptoms through this pregnancy so this slight back pain is very worrisome! Haven’t seen the baby since I was 7 weeks 3 days.
