Period pains!
Okay ladies! Does anyone get excruciating lower back pain and/or cramps while being on that time on the month 😭🤬😬. Like to the point where you want to stay in bed all day or even if one slight movement, pain strikes up your spine😭😭😭 🤦🏾♀️
So does anyone else experience that kind of pain during the period month or similar to what I’m experiencing!
