Question?

So I took a pregnancy test DPO 10-11 days and it came out negative I took it 3-4 days before my period and it says it’s 5 days sooner the test. No faint line super negative. Is it accurate ? Idk if my period is gonna come soon because I took a plan b and ruined my cycle. And then I took an ovulation test the control side was darker than the T side. Does that mean negative even though there was two lines ?
