What kind of fertility supplements do you take?

What kind of fertility supplements and/or vitamins do you take to get pregnant? CD1 😕

Currently TTC and taking “women’s one a day-prenatal”.  I chose it BC it has folic acid and I didn’t feel like hunting around for other options. Would love to know what others are taking though. Def open to switching.

There are these “vitamins” called Conception. You can get them on Amazon. The most amazing thing in the world for me! I got pregnant on my second bottle after trying for 6 years with my first, and got pregnant with my second on my second bottle too! Whatever you want to call them; vitamins, supplements, miracle pills, they worked great for me! ❤️💙

There’s no such thing as “fertility supplements”. You should take a basic prenatal, just so that your body is ready when you do get pregnant. Talk to your doctor about whether or not you need additional supplements.
