Okay so I need your help girls !

I am a mother of one but I feel like it doesn’t give me the experience to answer this question my self 😭 okay so as I was making my way into the shower I looked at my nips and they both had white crust like dried up milk (I haven’t breastfed for 2 1/2 years ) and I GOOGLED it something I shouldn’t of lol but the first thing that popped up was pregnancy and I kept scrolling and then I saw something about breast cancer 🧐 I have no lumps or bumps and I did have unprotected sex about a week ago what do you guys think ????

I know I should go to the doctors but it’s 6pm and I my curiosity is eating me alive I can’t wait till tomorrow!
