From the look of those lesions, they are discoid, erythematosus, have clear demarcated boundaries and are in flexure of the joint. 
I would honestly think those are ringworms also known as Tinea Corporis. 
Psoriasis has more of a silverish scale and is mainly on the trunk ... however, you could have lesions in the flexural areas. 
Dermatological conditions can be difficult to diagnose hence the importance of seeing your GP for a thorough history and examination.

Skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis are usually stress related, also can be improved on way if you cut out gluten and dairy, you’ll notice a difference, but I would definitely visit a dermatologist as well.
