For those who MC & eventually a BFP. How similar were your symptoms ?

With my miscarriage(September) and my chemical(December) I had dull, achey cramps from 9DPO forward. In September I also had extreme fatigue and nausea. 
With my first and only successful pregnancy in 2017/2018 I had 0 symptoms until 7 weeks and then very very mild. 
Just got my BFP last weekend and again have 0 symptoms so I’m praying this is it.

With my first MC (May 2018) - I had zero symptoms and no time to get any before it happened.
Rainbow baby #1 (October 2018 born June 2019) - had symptoms immediately I didn't realize WERE symptoms got absolutely sick at exactly 6 weeks on and stayed that way until 13 weeks. Had 3 colds back to back that December. As soon as I felt better I was sick again. That stopped happening around 13-14 weeks.
Blighted ovum (Jan-March 2020) - had zero symptoms. From the beginning until diagnoses at 10 weeks I had literally no symptoms. I kept telling them there was something else that had to be happening because my HCG was clearly rising, sac was growing, no baby was ever present. 
Rainbow baby #2 (December 2020 due Sept 2021) - I was sick as absolute hell 3 days before my bfp, nipples felt like they had shards of glass in them, CONVINCED it was my period. Christmas eve I got my bfp. Been sick as hell since lol.
