Mid cycle symptoms

Hi,

I recently miscarried in December and I had a normal period and ovulation in January. Everything was right on time. I had my period the week of January 24th, it lasted 3 days. Now I began cramping, my boobs hurt, and I’m nauseous. I feel like I’m about to start my period again but I just had it. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m confused
