Do I sterilize this?

So my dr browns bottles came with these disk that are for travel use.. am I suppose to sterilize them too?

No, I don’t I just Threw them out unless they have some sort of magical use I don’t know about ahah
But if you’re looking for “ lids” without the nipple attached, they sell them separately

Yes sterilize before first use. Keep them for when you need to take bottles on the g. The go in the cap in place of the nipple to prevent leaking on the go

We sterilize them with everything else. We use them when we prep bottles for heating later. The bottle kit only came with 3 caps so we use those with the white ring as caps and then after the bottle is heated you add the green stem and nipple.

It's hard for me to explain how to use that, but I'll try. I suggest looking up a video on how to use dr browns bottles.
Anyway, that disk is creates a barrier so that you can travel with bottles, heat them in a warmer and prepare them ahead of time without having to put the nipple on. Which FYI, if you're using anticolic or options bottles don't warm the inner tube thing. So if you had your bottle with formula in it, you would put the disk on top and then the circular cap where the nipple would normally be. I use mine like I said above...to warm in the bottle warmer, make ahead and have bottles for travel.
