Early miscarriage?
Hi everyone
This is my first time being pregnant. I just found out a couple of hours ago at the ER. They ran all types of test on me and told me they did not see a heartbeat. They think I might be having an early miscarriage becuase I’ve had very light spotting for the past 3-4 days. Has anyone had this before. Please advise
