40+weeks pregnant, blood clotting and constipation

Hi everyone, I am 23 years old and currently 40 weeks + 5 days pregnant with my first baby.

I have been constipated lately and every time I go to the toilet and do a poo, I have bleeding and blood clots. This have been continuous for 3 days now and happens 3-4 times a day

I have called the midwife about it, and she told me not to worry about it unless I’m going into labour and contracting 3-10mins apart.

But I feel like she didn’t care at all, is there any advice on what I should do? Thanks
