What size diapers is your little one wearing?

My son is 16 months and his wearing size 5 but I notice when his sleeping he always leaks yes I still change him at night twice but he still leaks. Do I need to size up ?

We use pull ups extra nighttime protection 2t-3t at night. Make sure his penis is pointed down. My son is a tummy sleeper and soaks through his pampers within 4 hours at night. He's good for 12 hours in the pull ups though.
