How to give babies medicine without them spitting it up ?

So im having difficulty giving my son who is 3 months medication,..  he spits it alll up and doesnt even keep it in. Idk what to do

Here's what we do in the hospital....it takes some practice but once you get the technique down you will be home free....
Sit down at a table, have your medication pulled into the oral syringe and ready on a clean surface. 
Hold the baby in the crook of your non dominant arm, reclined. Their face should be at about nipple level. You want to be able to restrict head movment by using the crook of the elbow and your breast.
Take the syringe and place it in babys mouth. Angle it as if you are shooting for the tooth that would be all the way at the back. 
Depress the syringe using a steady motion, aim for the dispensing of medication to take about 10-15 seconds in total. The idea is that there is a steady trickle that will cause the baby to swallow several times...rather than a huge gush that would encourage spitting up.
Once finished sit baby up against shoulder and ensure all medication was swallowed.

Way in the back corner of their mouth and slowly. Try to time it with their swallows. That’s what the nurse who gave our saughter the oral vaccine did. She still manages to spit some of it out, but most of it she gets down.
