Tmi but what is this

I been going to the bathroom and having small things like what's pictured but this one was big what is it I have had some cramping for two days now (not pregnant at least that I know of just had a period two weeks ago) (couldnt get pregnant until we did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> now have a beautiful 15month old daughter) had unprotected sex throughout the past couple weeks
