No period cramps
Y'all, I am on my period and I have zero cramps. Is that normal?? I still have the occasional back pain or sore breasts but it's not that bad. I recently quit eating dairy and gluten and I rarely have caffeine so I think that's why my period is easy this month. Not complaining, just pleasantly surprised! 😅
