I dont post a lot but i usually have really bad periods and i was on birthcontrol for a while and it made my periods a million times better but i stopped taking it and was looking for another solution for my cramps, backpain, headaches and nausea. And i found this pill thats been working for me so far :) its my forst tome using it i just take 2 every 6 hours or when i feel the pain setting in, its designed for periods and works good for me so if you cant be on birthcontrol for some reason give this a try!!

I have another one i havent tried yet but its for the exact same thing just a diffrent brand you could also try :) hope this helps!
