6 weeks no heartbeat

Hi everyone. I just had an early ultrasound at 6 weeks 1 day and a gestational sac and yolk sac were seen but no heart beat. The dr said usually a heartbeat is seen by now. I am scheduled for an ultrasound a week from now. Has anyone been through and no heartbeat at 6 weeks?
