That’s normal. But if you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo (so anywhere in-between). And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise, and for any symptoms, if any, to show after.

Cramps are 100% normal after ovulation and leading up to AF or BFP. It’s from the progesterone rise.
