Any tips or tricks to getting pregnant?

So my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 4 months so not too long. I have not had any raw egg white cervical mucus since having my August 2019 baby. Could that be the reason I’m not pregnant yet? Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve talked to my OB but they can’t get me in to check anything until April 6th. I know we haven’t been trying for long but I want to make sure I’m doing what I can. I just started my period today so I’m hoping to get info to try at the end of the month. Thanks in advance ❤️

I do have regular periods and I am using ovulation strips and they show I’m ovulating normally.
