Hi I need some help a couple of months ago I started talking to a man on a dating app everything seem to be going OK we exchanged number and exchanged messages back and forward. We said about meeting up bit every time we said a time and day I would heard nothing from him so I stop messaging him as I thought his just playing games so I just got on with things then after a couple of weeks I see him on the same dating site as I did be 4 I never messaging him he messaging me asking how I was I was polite and said I was ok then he said about meeting up I said that's not a good idea as his let me down be4 he said he really wanted to see me he seem like he was serious this time he even said the day so I thought he was keen well when it come to the day to meet nothing not even a message nothing now am confused to why someone would say they want to meet you but don't meet you we was just gonna meet up to go for social distance walk as I know covid and the lock down
