Note to self: stop at wing #6
I have type 2 so I have to really watch my diet. Wings are my cheat meal and I had 10 wings and I feel like I’m going to pop! I had celery and carrot sticks too. Ugh I’m sooo bloated!! Anyone else in this group with type 2 or gd?
