Anyone experiencing the same?

Hello ladies! I have been experiencing tiny bleeding more occasionally now, and it doesn't stop. I would go some days without bleeding, then some days just have tiny hints of blood on my liners. I'm just so frustrated with this and I honestly don't know what's wrong. Here are some background and additional info:

- have copper IUD (been over 1 yr)

- bleeding will happen after sex or masturbation, but bleeding can also happen absent of these

- this has been going on more recently, so it's not normal
