What is a good multivitamin to take postnatal while breastfeeding?
I had my baby 3 months ago and just recently ran out of the prenatal vitamin the doctor prescribed to me so now I’m looking for a good multivitamin to take while I’m breastfeeding since a lot of vitamins say not to take while pregnant or breastfeeding or to ask a doctors before hand. So yea I’m wondering what multivitamin brand is good postnatal.
