Help needed!

So I took a test yesterday at about 5 pm. It had a faint but noticeable positive! Then I took another test around 9 pm and it was negative. Took another this morning about 7:30 am and negative again. Idk what to think at this point! Help!

P.s. also been feeling nauseas for awhile now.
