Okay so.. I know this is long but I really need advice

Me and my partner have been living in a unit for the past 4 years now, no issues what so ever, it was a beautiful place to live.. Up until 6 months ago..

This lady moved in with her partner and from the first day it was ridiculous, we had my two younger siblings over for the night and they woke up to the sound of the neibours having intercourse, and I’m not talking quietly, this was ridiculously loud that it went all through my house, it was disgusting that I had to come up with something to tell them about what they were doing, my partner then confronted them to stop because the kids room is right next door to theirs and to next time shut all the windows up if they want to be that loud,

Next thing..

the boyfriend left and now it’s just her, every day and every night, she pumps music so loud I can’t even have my doors open or listen to the tv, this is a daily thing for the past 6 months, we can’t even sleep most nights because of this.

The real estate were informed by us and just gave her a warning.. sweet.. we thought it was going to stop.. nup, it has got worse! She puts her stereo right up to her door and blares it, our doors are only a metre apart if not less, the real estate just keeps saying there is not much else we can do, but this is effecting our lives now, we are so frustrated and stressed as all we hear is music all the time and her being drunk out the front screaming her lungs out while talking. My partner works from 3am and can barely sleep anymore.. is there anyway we can get out of the lease as we can’t even spend time in our house anymore without it being loud, we go for several walks a day just to get a break! I feel like the complaints we are making are just making it worse! It’s honestly like living next to a teenager, not to mention there is another 2 people there now also not on the lease which makes it even louder, please tell me there’s a way we can get out of this!!
