It’s going to be okay. It’s just hormones your body is not used to. A lot of first time moms & even 4 th time moms get sick. Try staying hydrated as much as you can!!! Try sucking on peppermints or drink peppermint water , ginger , ice chips , strawberries , light fruits with less acid in it , eat smaller meals thru out the day not big three meals split them up. Snack on saltines .. find something that will help you personally or ask your doctor abou Zofran or a med that will help you:
