So we recently bought a house that has wood floors -they’re not in bad shape but could definitely use a sand and stain. They’re starting to splinter (again not bad but every now and then we get poked) right now staining isn’t really feasible since we can’t avoid walking on the floor (and we have cats) and we don’t really want to go stay in a hotel for a few days while it’s done. Are there any temporary floor options that aren’t carpet and won’t damage the wood floor if we do decide to finally get it fixed? I really wish we would have thought of it before we moved in so we could’ve got it done before moving 😅 but too late for that now!
