Peanut eating less, should I be worried?

Are you breastfeeding(bottle feeding) or formula feeding? And how long has their eating changed ?

My LO is very up/down with both day time naps and feeds. Some days he had 2x 3hr naps and other days only a couple 30mins naps. Some days he had nearly 50oz formula and others only had 30oz 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
It’s very confusing but I guess they’re changing so much so quickly it’s normal for their appetite to change also? 
I would say if there’s still lots of wet nappies, and he seems otherwise happy then it’s probably nothing x
