Is this a Chemical?? Help!

I’m a few days late for my period. I had a missed miscarriage in October at 10 weeks. I took a urine strip test yesterday morning and got a faint positive, but last night started spotting with some clots, but stopped. This morning tested again and the line was a little darker. I went to the pharmacy and got two different tests - both positive, but I’m getting red blood and some tissue when I wipe. Is this the beginning of a chemical miscarriage? It seems too red to be implantation. Anyone else have this experience? Is there a chance this isn’t a miscarriage? I’m not sure if there is anything that can be done- is it worth going to an urgent care or calling the on call doc. Or just wait for my OB office to open Monday?
