Depending how low it is and reasons behind it because low sperm in my hubby just ment we had to have sex more often than just during ovulation

Answer

For various reasons, we chose to use a donor and pursue IUI rather than go for IVF. As a result, we have one kiddo, and are now pregnant with #2. :)
