Can BV or yeast infection have dry discharge in underwear like that?

I know I'm having pain in my vaginal area,but that's from shaving my outer vaginal area and a little to close to my inner vaginal lips.

I really don't know how to treat that part!

I haven't been noticing any discharge at all til today, but sometimes I notice when I wash with an wash cloth. It looks kinda clumpy but sticky like toilet paper. I have been on Diflucan so I don't really know what I have.

My Nurse practitioner would do an exam on me like she was supposed to.
