Toddler won’t let infant nap
I’m at the end of my rope with this situation. We have an almost 3 year old who is pretty well-behaved and understands what we say. We also have a 3 month old. Our toddler will not let the infant sleep. If she falls asleep downstairs, our toddler will purposely be very loud, seek out where she’s napping to wake her , etc. If we put the baby in her room to nap, our toddler will try and get in there to wake her up. I don’t know what this is!! I’ve had talks with her about how her baby sister needs naps to keep her healthy. She is so good with her baby sister, so this is really bothering me! I know I’m walking a fine line with having a new baby in the house and my toddler adjusting. Any mamas experience this? Help me understand what it could be and maybe some advice on what to say/how to approach toddler.
