Both pregnancies I refused caffeine. I already eat plenty of sweets, so no need to subject my baby to excessive sugars and caffeine.

Honestly I’m not a caffeine person normally. However I do miss the occasional cup but it can only hazelnut or French vanilla. 
Have t had coffee since April and got pregnant in may.

I haven’t had any caffeine since right before I found out I was pregnant. I don’t drink coffee (never have) and I’ve cut out almost all soda and juice. I’m trying to only drink water but I’ve had an occasional Sprite to help with the nausea.

For my first pregnancy I drank coffee daily, about one cup. Unfortunately this pregnancy coffee is my main aversion 😭 can’t even stand the smell of it which I used to love!

ever since i got pregnant no type of soda or anything tastes the same to me , and it makes me feel nauseous so i have to drink water . 😣😭 i do drink a can of soda here and there but nothing too crazy .
