Can cleaning up after a dog when pregnant hurt the baby?

I have a puppy who frequently has accidents around the house and I’m the only one here to clean up. She pooped in my bed today and I stepped on it 🤦🏼‍♀️ things like this happen all the time and I’ve heard scary things about cleaning up after cats, but what about dogs? This just occurred to me today.

You are in more danger from eating unwashed veggies and raw meat

I haven't heard about a dog I have heard that cleaning a litter box can put you at risk for toxoplasmosis.
