I have gas cramps. I'm getting really worried. Is that normal this early?

I had really bad gas cramps my whole first trimester to where I would wake up in the middle of the night and be using breathing to help as if I was having contractions lol they were awful! But then one night just disappeared 🤷🏽‍♀️
