I often had the same! Many of those symptoms are from your increasing progesterone, but it really seems counterintuitive for our body to make us feel like crap the one day we’re super fertile lol

I do! Sometimes I have nausea, almost always bloating, and always cramps in one side. I also have gas pains... fun stuff right? 🤪
