My bf is throwing up!? Help pls

So we just got done doing the deed and he didn't cum, and now his balls are turning purple, he's throwing up, and super sweaty. Idk what happened but can someone please help

I tried to get him to go to the ER but he refuses. He hasn't thrown up anymore and the normal color is coming back. He says there's still pain but nothing like before. So hopefully it was like a severe case of blue balls I guess
