Ideas for a date night at home on valentines day?

So I want to plan a date night for my husband and I on valentines day. We are in lockdown because of Covid so unfortunately we are unable to go anywhere. I am not a very romantic or soppy person 🤣 so would appreciate any ideas? We haven't had any time with just the two of us since our lb was born so thought it would be a nice surprise.

I just ordered various pieces of lingerie - figure it and a bottle of champagne is a pretty good all rounder! When my husband sees the lingerie I don’t think he’ll care if we eat stale bread and cheese! 😂

We had a date night shortly after baby was born with a charcuterie board and wine and had lava cakes for dessert. I think that would make a really nice little date. Another date we did was planned by my husband and he made a giant blanket fort in the living room, ordered our favorite takeout and set the tv to a campfire. It was honestly really romantic.
Typically for Valentine’s Day we do a special meal, last year I had made heart shaped pink pancakes and some other breakfast foods for a brunch so our son could be included in something special, and then after our son went to sleep we did sushi and a movie. 
I’m not sure what we will do this year but maybe sushi again. 😅 Our two babies are also loving sushi so it’s a special treat for everyone.

We had a stay at home date night because of covid also. We got dressed up fancy like we were going out and ordered a fun dinner take out. 💃🕺

I bought this game online called the game of love. It’s basically a customizable board game for the bedroom with the game board on a bed sheet. Each space has a different activity on it and you fill in the spaces with whatever you think would be fun. From a back rub to whipped cream or a strip tease. I’m sure you get the picture 😊 Should be fun and I’m hoping it will kind of spice things up in the bedroom since after baby sex has been different and way less frequent.

Every year my husband cooks me a surprise dinner (he plans the whole thing) and I bake a surprise dessert. We eat. It’s great. 
On a related note... anyone have any good dessert ideas? 😂
