Hello Ladies 😊

I have a mixed feelings. I am now 5 weeks pregnant. I tested several times using home pregnancy kit. I do not have a family doc but I am consulting my gynaecologist for all pregnancy related queries. When I tested positive I immediately asked for an appointment with my gyno but they asked me to get a scan done on my 8th week (March 10). All my doubts is should I not need to do any blood test or any other kind of test to confirm whether my pregnancy is healthy.

Any suggestions do I need to consult general physician or should I wait till march?? I am vry confused n worried 😦
