So today I had some Karen bitching about why her Electricity bill was so high.... It was because she hadn't paid it in 5 months. And then gets mad at me for not offering her another extension. I got called a bitch and was told what a horrible person I am. Word of advice. The nicer you are to me the more likely I am to help you. If you're rude to me for something out of my control I will just mute myself so you don't hear me cussing you out. Also saying I have 5 kids and no job to pay my Electricity. I'm just a representative. I can't do anything to turn your power on or lower your bill and when I explain that I get cussed at again

Then I get elderly people who call because they are lonely and just want someone to talk to. Call centers are weird.
