Today I'm 4 weeks PP. My bleeding is still pretty heavy and bright red. I've had a few times in the last couple weeks where my bleeding gets lighter and lighter and eventually stops for a few days... then comes right back heavy and bright red again. My baby was 11lbs and I heard big babies can cause you to bleed for longer.

I just think its weird that its still so red. When I pee there's usually a couple nickel size red clots in in the toilet too. Is anyone else this far PP and still bleeding so much?
