Nipple help

So I've been pumping exclusively, I'm using the 25mm flange and I think it might still be to big. My nipples are sore after pumping. Even hours after pumping. If i bump them or just slightly rub them it kind of hurts and is super uncomfortable. What is something I can do to help?
