Hi girls, looking for some insight. So I’m on month three of the pill, month one I managed to miss a pill🙃, month two I believe I took one a little late but can’t remember (mom brain), month three I’ve taken them like clockwork BUT I’ve had tummy troubles (diarrhea) I heard that diarrhea can cause the pill to be ineffective?

I had unprotected sex on CD10 (I know, bad call on my part, it just happened, we had unprotected sex for 3 1/2 years while ttc, that it completely slipped my mind in the moment), I’m on CD21 and am having some old blood bleeding. Not much, just some discharge and when I wipe. CD20 I had one episode of pink spotting. I’ve been nauseous for three days. I think I just have a stomach bug, but now I’m freaking out thinking I could be pregnant again (had a baby almost 6 months ago). Am I being paranoid or do I have something to worry about?
