EBF moms- when did you get your first postpartum period?

I’m breastfeeding and just got my first postpartum period after 4.5 months!?! 😫 I thought I would at least have a couple more months before this. Isn’t this a bit early?

Mine happened within the first month...I was so upset because I thought I wouldn’t be able to bf

That sounds normal. I expected mine months after but it didn’t come but that’s BC I was pregnant again 🥴

I’m currently 12 weeks pp (EBF) and nothing yet, thankfully!

I got mine back at 4 months with my first and almost 3 with my second. I had/am having no issues with milk supply.

It’s on the early end but still normal. I had a positive pregnancy test when my son was 5 months without having a period first so it would have been four months if I hadn’t fallen pregnant.
