Raspberry leaf tea

When can we start drinking raspberry leaf tea? This is my second(32 weeks), I never drank it with my first and I had a c section. I’m having a vbac this pregnancy and wondered when it was safe to drink? I feel like I’ll be going early with this guy so I would love to know what you ladies do😅
