What’s the best baby shampoo for babies with eczema and super sensitive skin?

Dr bronners Castile unscented baby or none at all.  I don’t use soap or shampoo on my son.  He just gets a plain water bath and then I seal in the moisture after with coconut or sunflower oil.

I use locally made goat milk soap for my kids. 
My youngest doesnt have eczema exactly, but he gets super dry and bumpy and have to slather lotion on whenever he touches water. I swear the kid was a fish in a past life, I can't keep him out 😂. We used Aveeno, Burt's bee's, Dove, Honest, and Cetaphil. Since switching, we don't need lotion anymore.

Right now I’m going to try Mustela cream and Cerave thick moisturizing cream. I’ll probably get some body wash, too, if I don’t see improvement. 
Currently using Hello Bello body wash.

So luxury coco oat is the only thing that worked for us. Everything else still made eczema worse because of the junk in it. Its a powder you add to the bath water and just wash with the water.

I use the unscented Attitude body wash and shampoo, then she gets Aveeno nighttime balm right after bath and it seems to work.
