Ring doorbell

Question

I am looking into getting a ring doorbell. Do you have one? Do you recommend it? I was looking at the ring video doorbell 3, the reviews were mixed. What version of the doorbell do you have? Or does anyone use something else that’s similar?

I really love our Ring doorbell camera. Sometimes my husbands job requires shift changes, so he would have to work nights instead of his normal 6:30a-3:00p and I am home alone through the night. One night my dog started freaking out, hardcore barking just losing her mind over something outside our gate when he had a shift change. The next morning when I was leaving, I looked over and found a men’s button down shirt laying in our bushes. That shirt was not there previously & had me worrying that someone was outside our gate and maybe my dog scared them from her barking the night before. I told my husband what happened when he got home, and he immediately ran to Lowe’s and got us the Ring. It gives me peace of mind. Especially bc he can look at the camera at any point when he is on the job site, while I’m home alone.

I have this doorbell I also have a wired camera in my backyard and a wireless in my front. They are great.
